Be inspired. Be challenged. Be part of the change.

The Coordinator role is both challenging and rewarding. It is a fantastic opportunity to develop your teamwork and leadership skills, to manage a group of diverse young people, to work with inspiring people in India and to learn valuable management skills while working in a challenging environment.

Coordinators attend three specially tailored Coordinator Preparation Weekends between January and May, receiving leading edge training in areas such as leadership, conflict resolution and team development from external experts.
