Every cent that is donated though this website will be spent on education projects overseas. In essence, you are not making a donation to Suas, you are making a donation to one of our trusted Partner organisations overseas.
For further information have a look at the section below 'The Difference Your Money Can Make'.
As you can see below, a small donation can have a large effect on the education projects that you will be supporting in India and Kenya.

On behalf of our Partner education organisations overseas, we would like to thank you for supporting their work.

To run education and coaching/remedial centres, it costs our partner schools 1.50 - to provide a child with educational materials for one year (pencils and copybooks), 4 to provide a child with a school uniform, and 9 to mainstream a child into formal education.
To fund the cost of teachers: 360 - will pay the annual salary of a coaching teacher, and 495 will pay the annual salary of an AEC teacher.

- The provision of school resources
- School infrastructure projects such as the Community Centre at DAS.
- Community health care projects
- Specific projects aimed at increasing the retention rates of students, the re-enrollment of those students that have dropped out and providing added support to those students deemed to be at risk of dropping out.
