The Finance function is central to Suas' accountability to those it works with, to those whose donations and grants enable that work to happen, and to other internal and external stakeholders.

Its role ranges from sharing budgets and accounts with Partner Organisations Overseas, and building their financial management capacity, to planning and reporting on the use of financial resources across Suas.

It also helps to ensure that those resources are applied efficiently and effectively, managing funds before they are spent and supporting programme managers with financial projections, reports and analysis.
