Suas Alumni fundraise for the Gatoto Scholarship Programme

18 Suas Alumni Members and their friends recently organised a Sponsored Walk for the Gatoto Scholarship Programme, a programme that provides scholarships to the best performing students from Gatoto Primary School to allow them to continue into secondary education.
The walk took place on Sunday 9th May near Bray, Co. Wicklow. A challenging but fun day out was had by all and just over €900 was raised which will provide 2 students with a year of secondary education including board and books for a year. Well done to all involved!
Next on the list is the MayFly clothes and book swap taking place from 6pm-8.30pm on Tuesday 25th May at 64 Pleasant’s Place, Camden Street. Entry is €5 on the door. See here for further directions and Mayfly.ie for further information.
