What are they?                                                                          

  • 'Introduction to Development' courses for 2 hours, once a week, for 6 weeks
  • Interactive workshops: presentation, discussion, participation
  • Facilitated by development professionals
  • A maximum of 30 participants per group
  • Political - Social - Cultural - Economic - Environmental topics 
  • Subsidised and supported by Irish Aid

Who are they for?

  • Students & graduates of all disciplines who are interested in understanding more about the world
  • You don't need previous experience or knowledge of development topics but you will have a greater understanding by the end of the course

Note: The Introduction to Development, Session 1, runs from 630pm - 9pm in all locations. Sessions thereafter run from 630pm - 830pm except in NUIG where all sessions run until 9pm.
